School reimagined. For gifted kids who love to learn
What a family joins
Three things, one membership.
Not a tutoring service. Not an enrichment class. A network and a body of real work — for kids who ask for more.
A bat phone to 119 kids like yours.
Every member gets a Tin Can and The 120 Address Book — a screen-free, parent-approved line straight to their intellectual peers across the city. No feeds, no screens. Just the network, plus virtual cohorts and community events.
- Tin Can device included
- The 120 Address Book
- Screen-free by design
One super interesting project, shipped.
Each member takes on a single year-long project — mentored, with milestones every quarter, and demoed live at the quarterly Toronto intensives. Real mentorship, real work, real shipping.

AI-adaptive acceleration on the GT / TimeBack platform, paired with a bi-weekly 30 min 1:1 from an expert Academic Advisor. Mastery-based, no ceiling — members routinely learn at 3x the pace of a traditional classroom.

Three promises
Shatter the ceiling
Mastery-based, no artificial grade caps. When your kid is ready for more, they get more — today, not next year.
Love learning more than vacation
Joyful intensity, not busywork. Members leave the intensives wishing they were longer.
Master real life skills
One shipped project a year, a real advisor, and a group that holds them to a higher bar.
The community
An intellectual group, not another activity.
The hardest part of being the kid who asks for more is being the only one. In the 120, they never are.
“I can learn at my own pace, whether I'm ahead or behind. Nobody tells me to slow down.”
Chloe
2 Hour Learning student
“I'm surrounded by kids who like to work as hard as me. It doesn't feel weird to be into this stuff.”
Rosie
2 Hour Learning student
“I finished a year of math in a few months, then spent the rest building my project. That's the point.”
Amir

Two price points. One standard.
Membership in the 120 is $3,000 CAD a year. Scholars who want the complete academic core upgrade to TimeBack: the full GT program, 5 hours a week, for $15,000 all-in. All tuition is HST-exempt.

The details that matter.
Does my child leave their current school?+
No. Membership is 3–5 hours a week alongside school — it's what school can't give them. A complete academic program exists for families who want to go all-in, offered on a call.
What happens after I create an account?+
You build a dossier for each child in your dashboard and submit it for review. If it's a fit, you're invited to a qualifying assessment and a call — then, if a seat is offered, your child becomes a member of the 120.
What is the Tin Can?+
A screen-free Wi-Fi landline that only connects approved contacts. The 120 Address Book links every member — a bat phone to the network, with no feeds and no screens.
Is this a school?+
The 120 is a learning centre and a network, not an accredited school. The Full Program tier supports Ontario homeschooling families who want the complete academic core.
What if the 120 seats are full?+
You join the waitlist and are first in line for the next assessment window. Seat counts shown on this site are real and maintained.
